Nina Laveson is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified
Hypnotherapist and owner of A Touch of Warmth located in
downtown Scottsdale. A Touch of Warmth supports clients in
healing physically, emotionally and spiritually in a safe and
relaxed environment

Specializing in fibromyalgia massage, injury prevention for athletes,
and accident and injury cases, the focus of Nina's practice centers
around helping her clients relieve holding patterns in their bodies
and pain reduction. She has studied several different modalities
that she combines in her therapies. These include Myotherapy,
Swedish, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Reflexology and Hypnotherapy.

Nina has taken course work specifically related to fibromyalgia,
sports massage and most recently massage for people living with
cancer. She strongly believes in continuing education classes.

Nina recommends a full body massage as the body is a holistic
system and work on one part may be needed to treat another.
Therapies incorporate the dry brushing technique to remove
toxins from the body and range of motion to keep muscles and
joints healthy. She incorporates hypnotherapy into the massage
session upon request for relaxation.

Nina is the publisher of a monthly e-newsletter called "Touching
News", to provide you with information on relaxation and your
overall health. To sign up for this free newsletter just send Nina
an email to nllmt@atouchofwarmth.com

Nina writes articles for Arizona Networking News, a holistic
healthcare journal and is a member of the International Massage
Association and a board member of the Scottsdale Fibromyalgia
Support Group Association. She also is a volunteer with the Make
a Difference Foundation.

Nina also presents seminars on massage to groups such as Phoenix
Fit, a marathon training group. Nina, herself a long distance runner,
has competed in one marathon and several half marathons. Massage
is an important part of an athlete¹s health both mentally and physically
and she gets regular massage to stay injury free. She has also spoken
to other health related organizations such as The Essential Tremor
Association and the Fibromyalgia Support Group. Nina is available
to speak about massage to other groups to spread the word about
the health benefits of massage. Please contact Nina to set-up a
speaking engagement for your organization.

Clients are seen by Nina in her office and she is also available for
Corporate Massage, an on-site massage done in your office. Be
sure to stop by and see Nina at the Soiree this Wednesday for a
chance to win a complementary one hour therapeutic massage.

It is with great pleasure that Nina Laveson, Licensed Massage
Therapist, A Touch of Warmth, will be my Special Guest.

Please plan on joining us to socialize and meet new friends!
