Welcome to 2004! I've been busy the past few weeks cooking up a few new ideas and lining up some very cool Special Guests for this years Soirée's.

To kick things off I'm highlighting Jetz Americana's fine dining establishment as their first "Celebrity Guest Chef"!

I've never attended any of those sissy cooking schools nor have I traveled the world collecting recipes of nearly extinct tribes. Rather, I am an American Chef cooking American Cuisine. Hot Dogs, Burgers and Steaks! I'll be serving free food throughout the evening to all of our Soirée friends so bring your appetite!

The theme for the Soirée this year is "America" and what makes America and American's so great! One of my personal favorites is our Flag.
