Holding a Bachelor of Arts, Architecture and a Master of
Architecture both from Iowa State University Mr. Moriarty
has worked over the past 17 years for several Architectural
Firms prior to Founding Moriarty & Company in 1990.
Moriarty & Company has a broad background in the planning,
design, and construction of projects ranging in size from
$50,000 to $50 million throughout the United States including
hotels, golf course communities, resort condominiums,
residential communities, and various other commercial and
residential projects. Moriarty is also very knowledgeable
on how the various geographical and climatic conditions
influence the planning and construction of the built environment.
Moriarty & Company has extensive experience in
performing due diligence of existing facilities, preparing
pre design facility programs, preparation of project
budgets and schedules, and obtaining all necessary
entitlements and permits on several projects at one time.
In addition, Moriarty & Company effectively handles
coordinating the services of architects, engineers, planners,
interior designers, food service consultants and contractors
to assure that projects are planned and designed to meet
their clients budget and schedule.
Finally, Moriarty & Company has extensive experience on
renovation and historic preservation projects.
