He has developed this area of his practice into an entrepreneurial business.  He provides individual psychotherapy, produces workshops on dream interpretation, is writing a book on the subject for popular media and has made several local radio and TV appearances.  He continues to be in demand and is now spending all his time completing his manuscript on the interpretation of dreams. Carl is retained by the State of Arizona as Clinical Leader for one its leading Juvenile Correctional Facilities,. He provides forensic examinations for the Superior Court to help in determining the sanity of defendants and is also involved in community volunteerism.  Carl will be a Key Note Speaker at the Candlelight Vigil for Mental Health, held next month at Wesley Bolin Plaza. Dr. Patrasso has been interviewed on such radio shows as Wake-Up Arizona with Ed Walsh, The John Dale Talk Radio Show, and the Sunday Morning magazine on FM radio talk with Jesus Hernandez.  He has appeared with Catherine Anaya on Channel 12 News, and by Michael Anthony on CBS Channel 5 News.
