Philip Guinouard is a veteran Arizona restaurateur with a quarter century of service in the food and beverage industry as owner, manager, corporate trainer, and operations specialist in new store openings from coast to coast.

In July of 1999 Philip announced the introduction of his new business, Southwest Automated Payment Services, LLC (SAPS). Geared to serving small and medium sized businesses, SAPS provides state-of-the-art accounts receivable technology to the food and beverage industry in a cost effective venue to maximize cash flow, minimize labor costs, and convert existing staff time to more productive uses.
