In that time I have come to know Alan very well. He has a focus and attention to quality work seldom seen in an individual. Alan is often called upon to be an expert witness in court cases involving new construction as well as improvements to older structures. Most folks will include a home inspection prior to the purchase of a new home, but a home inspection can be a good thing to do on your existing home! I found out there is a lot more to a "quality" home inspection than I ever imagined and so I recommend everyone have their home inspected. You might be surprised what you find out!
