When you talk to Craig Denton you are talking about "awl".  That's "oil"
to most of us unsophisticated folks.  Craig Denton is a third generation
awl man with wildcatting in his genes.   His company, Oasis Oil & Gas,
is what is known in the industry as an independent oil company.  This
family run business is headed up by Craig and his brother Rance Denton
and they have recently welcomed aboard Craig's nephew, Nathan, who
represents the Denton's fourth generation!

The four Denton Brothers built and operated a $30 million dollar drilling
company in the 70's and 80's.  Starting in their teens in Wyoming the Denton's
have drilled or completed more than 400 wells in the past 35 years.

A family business, it's in their genes!

Today Oasis has accumulated over 10,000 acres of prime oil and gas property
in North Texas in what is known as the Barnett Shale Formation.  This property
is considered one of the hottest oil and gas areas in the United States and leases
are next to impossible to acquire.  These leases are in a proven production area
that was discovered by Mitchell Energy - which was recently purchase by Devon
Petroleum for 2 billion dollars.  There have been over 700 wells drilled in the
Barnett Shale Formation without a dry hole!

Oil and Gas exploration still enjoys major tax benefits (approximately 90%) and
Oasis Oil & Gas is now planning a major drilling project in the Barnett Shale
Formation.  If you know someone who feels like doing a little "wildcatting" in a
relatively safe area be sure to come out and meet Craig and talk "awl".

Oil may be nearing it's twilight but we still need it.  We need to drill and pump until
alternative, renewable, environmentally friendly energy sources are more fully
developed.  The alternative is to keep shipping our cash overseas to often less than
friendly countries and individuals.**

It is with great pleasure that, Mr. Craig Denton, President of
Oasis Oil & Gas Company will be my Special Guests this week.

Please plan on joining us to socialize and meet new friends!
