Come Soiree with a Personal Concierge Extraordinaire Pepper DuBois! Pepper’s company provides Personal Assistant/Concierge Services to high net-worth and time challenged individuals. She has been called "a master at making sense of the details"; "a great source of relief"; and "a safety net for keeping our lives on track" by her Clients.

Pepper started her company 18 months ago after 7+ years in corporate world as the assistant to several top CEOs and Presidents in the Valley. She noticed a great overlap between work and personal life and the increasing need to manage and juggle life’s details and complexities. Her goal is to make a difference in busy, crazed people’s life, so they can relax and enjoy the fruits of their labor !! Her Clients include executives, private investment bankers, and soon she’ll begin work for a local athlete.

Some fun projects Pepper has completed recently for her Clients include:

  • Negotiated the lease for a new BMW X5 and personally delivered the car to her Client in Los Angeles.
  • Acted as a Project Coordinator for the staging of a $1MM home in North Scottsdale for resale, coordinating movers, laborers, cleaners, etc.
  • Coordinated 2 sets of copies of X-Rays from 12 different medical imaging firms for her Client. Picked up and FedEx’d the films to Client’s surgeons out of state.
  • Interviewed vendors and negotiated the price of a large tree trimming project at Client’s estate in Paradise Valley. This included driving around town at one point with a digital camera and snapping photos of trees to send to her Client.

Pepper is a member of Young Professionals of Arizona, is a board member of the local chapter of the National Concierge Association, and a charter member of CPO - - a professional group of Chief Executives, Presidents and Owners. She is as dedicated to building her business as she is to contributing back to the community.
