This is achieved through Bridge Technologies innovative use of wireless communications, global positioning systems (GPS), and Internet technologies, enabling companies to process transactions and collect data from remote and mobile locations on a real time basis with significant improvement over existing technology. Tranz:System has been designed for use in many different industries for multiple applications such as collecting data like fares from buses, taxis, and trains. Also, there's monitoring the specific locations of vehicles using the Global Positioning System, renting a car during the shuttle ride from the airport to the rental lot, checking into a hotel in the shuttle from the airport, processing credit cards by service and repair trucks, providing access and charges for parking lots and garages, providing verification and authorization of insurance claims. ...........and this is just the beginning!!! This is a very exciting time for Mr. McDonald. For the past year Bridge Technology Inc. has been looking for money to take this exciting product to market. The company recently struck a deal with MSA Capital Corp. of Toronto, which will raise $1 million for Bridge Technology through a reverse takeover. The reverse takeover should be completed by December and Mr. McDonald will be president of the company, which will be headquartered in Phoenix and will change its name to itranz, Inc.
