Minuteman Civil Defense Corps Mission Statement: To see the borders and coastal boundaries of the United States secured against the unlawful and unauthorized entry of all individuals, contraband, and foreign military. We will employ all means of civil protest, demonstration, and political lobbying to accomplish this goal.

The country and the Minutemen need you to get involved! Here's your opportunity to meet and see how you can help lend your support to the effort to secure our borders. There are four organizations (see web sites above) now working on joining forces to become one large force to fight for the citizens and taxpayers of this country against illegal immigration and our politicians defending the status quo.

The Minuteman Civil Defense Corps has over 12,000 registered volunteers nationwide. The Minuteman volunteers are a diverse group representing various generations, ethnicities, faiths and political persuasions. Volunteers participate in a variety of activities from Urban Ops, Border Ops, Political Monitoring and Recruiting efforts. A variety of skill sets are needed from their volunteers - reading, monitoring news, blogging, writing, phone calls and speeches.

Volunteers will be serving at the border during the entire months of April and October (the busiest drug trafficking time) as well as one week during each of the other months. The more volunteers the more border patrolling can be undertaken but even if taking time out of your schedule to help secure our borders is not possible you can still help in many other ways including with donations of money and items used by volunteers. There is much to do and with Obama and clan in power the fight has gotten much harder. We all know that the new head of Homeland Security supports the status quo so we the people are left fighting illegal aliens, coyotes, drug traffickers, and terrorists! What a country! What a great political group we have serving us.

I also urge all of you to join www.numbersusa.com which is growing at the rate of 50,000 members a month and it's FREE. This site makes it as easy as possible to join the fight and be proactive without having to spend much time and no money - unless you want to donate to help with expenses. This organization has been instrumental in holding the line against comprehensive (spelled amnesty) immigration reform but Obama has promised to ram through this reform so your involvement is needed now more than ever. It doesn't have to be if you will simply get involved and fight back.

Do you know that illegals often carry terrible diseases long ago eradicated in the United States and many of these people work in our restaurants? Do you know that the State of California has to build a school a day to keep up with the growth in school children - predominately illegal alien's children? Do you know our hospitals are going broke providing free services? Do you know our social services are being depleted by illegal aliens who should not be entitled to any of this? Do you know our environment is being destroyed? (Where are the environmentalists concerns?) Do you know you are paying for all of this?

How many police officers and citizens have died at the hands of illegal aliens? Why has the Mayor of Phoenix, Phil Gordon, made Phoenix a Sanctuary City? How many more Americans have to die before we convince (yes we) our politicians to change the status quo?
