Mohave was born April of 1993. As a cub she was found on a golf course at Estella Park in Phoenix. She was captured by the Arizona Department of Game and Fish and placed at the park when she was 7 ½ weeks old. Bobcats have a large range. They currently thrive throughout southern Canada, the continental U.S. and Mexico. It is not unusual for bobcats to enter the neighborhoods in Arizona. The line between our towns and their territory is blurred.
